Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $7.95 USD for orders with a merchandise subtotal below $65 USD. Standard shipping is free for orders of $65 USD or more. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship from China. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 8–12 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from order placement.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, customs processing, or weather.

Tracking and delivery help

We will provide tracking information when it is available after dispatch. If tracking has not updated, your delivery is late, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@thewondershelfz.com with your order number so we can help.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a refund. If an order is lost or cannot be delivered, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Address changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order. Changes depend on the order status and may not be possible after dispatch.
