Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from China. Approved returns are sent to our Miami return location after you contact us for a prepaid label and instructions.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are outside our current delivery area.
How long will delivery take?
Allow 2–3 business days for processing and an estimated 8–12 business days in transit: 10–15 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy for details and help with delays.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping costs $7.95 USD below $65 USD and is free from $65 USD. The threshold uses your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
How do I choose a size?
Check the size and color options on the individual product page. If you need help, email us with the product link and the option you are considering. Sizing may differ between styles.
Can I return an item or request another size?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We accept eligible returns for defects, size exchanges, and changes of mind. Non-defective items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Exchanges depend on availability.
Do I pay for return shipping?
We email a prepaid printable return label for approved returns. There is no restocking fee. Please contact us before sending anything back.
When will I receive my refund?
We issue eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days after our warehouse receives the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Where do I send an approved return?
Our return location is 6701 NW 87th Ave, Miami, FL 33178, United States. Use the instructions and prepaid label we provide. Please do not send returns to the Hong Kong corporate address.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Email us as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order status and may not be possible after dispatch.
